Although I am a tea lover myself while researching about the benefits of drinking tea. I came across some interesting facts and benefits of Tea. I thought of writing this post to share my knowledge with you all.

Tea leaves are the perfect solution for your tired and sleepy eyes. Just need to take two tea bags and soak it in warm water and place them over your closed eyes for 15 to 20 minutes.
